2018 年 紙に鉛筆、額(299mm×212mm)が8枚 日本語を知らない人に日本語の文字を書き写してもらうシリーズの作品。私が書いた日本語を、 日本語を知らない人に模写してもらい、伝言ゲームのように次の人にまわしてもらいます。最 後に戻ってきた線を見ながら再び自分で模写しました。

最初に書いた内容は以下です。

「持ち主から離れた私は海を越えて私の事を知らない人たちの所へ会いに行きます。様々な人の 手を乗り継いでやがて私は崩壊してゆくでしょう。私は私ではなくなってゆくのです。」

Description:

I asked a person who doesn’t know Japanese to copy Japanese letters written by me and pass it to the next person to repeat the same thing, like the Telephone Game. Looking at the 'lines' finally returned back to me, I copied them on my own.

The following is what I wrote at the beginning:

‘I, having left the owner, go over the ocean to meet people who don’t know me. I’ll be transferring from a hand to a hand of various people and will eventually get collapsed. I will become non-me.’
